Shipping & exchanges

All orders (within Canada) are processed within 4-12 business days (unless mutually agreed otherwise). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian holidays. In the situation where we have sales & promotion, order may be delayed an extra 4-5 business days. If you have any questions, kindly contact us support@parishay.ca

Once your order is shipped you are sent an order confirmation email which has a tracking number in it. Please check your spam or junk folder in the event that it did not get deliver to the main inbox. If you don’t find it in any of the boxes, email us at support@parishay.ca and we will resend it. Order tracking may take up to 24 hours before being uploaded on the concerned carrier’s website.

Please note, up mentioned over and under order value is before taxes. Every order is subjected to possible taxes and duties as per law of the land. Within Canada, Addresses with P.O. Boxes will be sent through Canada Post/UPS/others (as per seller’s convenience) and from outside Canada we use many shippers, please contact us support@parishay.ca

Method of shipping and lead time

We ship using Express shipping and Standard shipping. Our standard shipping takes about 6-12 business days and 4-9 business days for express shipping, within Canada. Outside Canada delivery rates will charged as per real time cost of shipping, and that is dependent on the weight of your order. All international order must contact us before placing an order. For all local and international order taxes and duties will be charged as per law of the land.

Exchanges/Returns (if applicable)
In case the Items are damaged or defective we can exchange the item. In order to make an exchange of an item, contact us at support@parishay.ca we will address your concern ASAP. Please note that exchange requests must be within 14 days of receiving your shipping details. WE DO NOT REFUND!!! We also do not provide return shipping labels; you are solely responsible for the cost of mailing back to us.Make sure the returning item are unworn and unwashed and in proper re-salable condition and order number is mentioned. We don’t sell on approval basis. There are no exchange or return of the product if you don’t like it or you ordered the wrong size. Please contact us support@parishay.ca to get size chart to make sure you are ordering the right size.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Kindly contact us immediately whenever you wish to cancel or change an order. We will do our best to enact any changes, however if your order has already been processed and shipped we won’t be able to make any changes. Send us an email at support@parishay.ca for any concerns or questions.

Missing Package

For all local and international couriers, the responsibility of our packages shift from us to delivery courier company once we handover parcel to them, thus, when there’s an issue of loss or misplaced packages it is upon our delivery courier to track the missing parcel. However, we can help by launching an investigation and this investigation usually takes up to 24-48 hrs in certain cases that may be exceeded. We seek your cooperation in these rare situations.

Inventory Issues

We keep our stock intact all the times, however if we are stock out on any item we can order that from the manufacturer that takes little more time to come. In order to get a lead time of the out of stock item contact us support@parishay.ca . If the design is old or for any other reason manufacturer is not making it anymore, we can refund. Due to the volume of orders we receive during sale and promotion periods, we will likely be unable to offer a replacement and will simply refund you for the missing item.
